1. Deputy Inspector General Alok Negi took over as the 18th Commanding Officer of Indian Coast Guard Air Station, Daman. He joined Indian Coast Guard on 07 Jan 1995.
The Officer is a post graduate in Physics and has undergone International Maritime Officers Course (IMO) at USA in USCG. He is an alumni of the Indian Naval Academy
and specialized as Airborne Tactician and qualified Flight Safety and Accident Investigation.

Coast Guard Ship ‘Shoor’. He was assuming the Command of Indian Coast Guard Air Station Daman on 08 May 2026.
3. The Officer is recipient of the Commendations of Director General Indian Coast Guard, COMCG (A &N) Commendation and Overall Best Observer trophy for 53rd
observer course.
4. He is married to Mrs. Mrinal Negi, the couple have one son Mr. Amay Negi.
